What is EVR?
Vapor recovery systems collect gasoline vapors that would otherwise escape into the atmosphere during vehicle refueling (Phase II). These vapors are a major contributor to smog.
California's Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) program sets stronger requirements to further reduce vapor emissions.
