Our package includes health insurance programs, an excellent 401(k) plan, education assistance, employee assistance program, life insurance, and local credit union memberships. Below are brief descriptions of a few of our benefit programs:

Medical/Dental Insurance: Northwest Pump is a self-insured organization that utilizes a third-party to administer its medical and dental insurance plans. We have contracted with several excellent insurance networks to provide services to employees in all of our locations.

Health Care & Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts: Employees can open these accounts to set aside pre-tax dollars to be used for reimbursement of out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision or child or dependent care expenses.

Retirement & Savings Plan: Employees are eligible to begin contributing to the 401(k) plan on the first day of employment. After one year of service, employees are eligible for the company match. The Company will matching contributions in an amount equal to 25% up to 6% of the eligible annual compensation.

Other Benefits:
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - This program is a free, confidential benefit. EAP counselors can help employees when personal problems or major life changes interfere with their day-to-day activities.

Life Insurance - Northwest Pump provides life insurance for all eligible employees at $10,000 their annual salary at no-cost to the employee.

Credit Union Membership Northwest Pump offers membership at a local credit union where employees can take advantage of all the benefits they have to offer.Benefits may vary by business location and other factors. Complete details are contained in the official plan documents governing each plan. The company has all rights to amend, suspend, or discontinue these benefits.
